The park is home to a rich diversity of native plant s and animals\, including koalas and a variety of bird species\, and plays a vital role in conserving biodiversity and providing nature-based recrea tion opportunities for the local community.\n\nLed by passionate community volunteers\, Daisy Hill Natural Area Volunteers meet twice a month to hel p care for and restore the conservation park through practical environment al work.
