Why It Matters

Queensland’s parks are under increasing pressure from invasive species and natural disasters to the growing impacts of climate change. Our protected areas cover a a land mass larger than Tasmania, and Queensland scores in the top 2.5% of the world for the diversity of invasive species – we have a big task at hand.

Without action, the natural places we value and the wildlife that call them home are at risk.

What Your Donation Does

Your donation supports practical, on-ground conservation work across Queensland.

With your help, we can:

  • Monitor wildlife across key habitats
  • Restore and protect critical ecosystems
  • Support community-led conservation projects
  • Equip and empower local volunteers
  • Drive inclusivity initiatives to make volunteering available to all
